Location: 596 Pennsylvania Avenue, Brooklyn, NY (East New York)

Our growing family practice in East New York, Brooklyn is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. We are a community-focused practice committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, sick visits, and preventive care
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Perform physical examinations, assessments, and routine pediatric screenings
• Administer and manage immunizations according to guidelines
• Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR
