Job summary

Our East New York family practice is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team with pediatric and family practice experience. You will provide care to children and families at our Brooklyn location.

Responsibilities include well-child and sick visits, immunizations, exams, and close collaboration with physicians and staff. You will educate families on health and prevention and maintain accurate EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in NY.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care including well-child and sick visits.

Pediatric Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Family Practice

Our growing family practice in East New York, Brooklyn is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or FNP OR Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team with pediatric and family practice experience. We are a community-focused practice committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child visits, sick visits, and preventive care
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Perform physical examinations, assessments, and routine pediatric screenings
• Administer and manage immunizations according to guidelines
• Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Licensed Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New York State
• Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with strong pediatric training are welcome to apply)
