Job summary

Community Medical Wellness PC in New York is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Pain Management and Orthopedic practice. This is a full-time position with an established, supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, conducting follow-up visits, administering injections, collaborating with physicians, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation.

Licensure in New York as PA or NP required; Spanish speaking is a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed PA or NP in New York State
• Experience in Pain Management and/or Orthopedics preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Spanish speaking

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Pain Management and Orthopedic practice. This is a full-time position with an established, supportive clinical team.
