Community Medical Wellness PC in Rochester seeks a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Pain Management and Orthopedic practice on a part-time basis. The role combines clinical evaluation, treatment planning, and injections within a collaborative team.

NY license required; pain management or orthopedics experience preferred. Strong clinical and communication skills, ability to work independently and with a team, and optional Spanish speaking.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Pain Management and Orthopedic practice. This is a part-time position with an established, supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Evaluating and treating patients with pain and orthopedic conditions
• Performing follow-up visits and treatment planning
• Administering injections as part of the pain management protocol
• Collaborating with physicians and clinical staff
• Accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Qualifications:

Licensed PA or NP in New York State
