Community Medical Wellness PC is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a growing Pain Management and Orthopedic practice in Syracuse, NY. This part-time position offers an established, supportive clinical team and opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, follow-up visits, injections, collaboration with physicians, and precise EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed PA or NP in New York State is required.
• Experience in Pain Management and/or Orthopedics preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
