Job summary

Community Medical Wellness PC is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Pain Management and Orthopedic practice in a part-time role. You will evaluate and treat patients, perform follow-ups, and administer injections as part of a comprehensive pain management protocol.

Qualified candidates are licensed PA or NP in New York State, with experience in Pain Management/Orthopedics preferred, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work both independently and with
