We deliver near-emergency department level care with a physician-led team and multi-provider shifts to support on-site collaboration. We offer a high-acuity patient population and an emphasis on clinical excellence, teamwork, and work-life balance.

Hours are 8am-8pm M-Sat and 9am-5pm Sun. Full-time schedule is 10 shifts per month (1.0 FTE) with benefits, including a 401(k) with match, profit sharing, and

• Familiarity with EMR systems and E&M/CPT coding
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity urgent care, including fracture reductions and wound care.
• Perform in-house IV medications, labs, digital X-ray, and other procedures.
• Collaborate with a multi-provider team to ensure efficient, patient-centered care.
• Deliver high-quality care with strong communication and teamwork in a physician-led environment.

Role Description

Join a collaborative, physician-led urgent care that practices high-acuity medicine while emphasizing clinical excellence, teamwork, and work-life balance. We are seeking an experienced provider who is comfortable managing a broad range of urgent care conditions while delivering efficient, high-quality, patient-centered care. We care for a higher-acuity patient population than many traditional urgent cares, including fracture reductions, laceration repairs, complex wound care, IV medications, in-house laboratory testing, digital X-ray, and other advanced procedures. We are hiring for our established locations. You’ll be joining a dynamic team with multi-provider shift coverage, ensuring you always have on-site support and collaboration.
