Job summary

Medrina is expanding in Green Bay, Wisconsin, seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our SNF team focused on post-acute care, orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management. You will work with a collaborative lead provider in a physician-owned group.

Schedule includes Monday–Friday, full- or part-time, with no nights or weekends. Competitive compensation and ongoing mentorship are offered to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active PA license in Wisconsin is required.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain before start is required.
• Minimum 1 year of PA clinical experience; SNF/geriatrics/Rehab preferred.
• Experience with adult/geriatric populations and strong clinical decisions.
• Ability to work independently in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments and treatment planning.
• Manage orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care toSNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Manage patients with orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions

Required Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant (PA)license in Wisconsin
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)-Required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an PA(SNF, geriatrics, internal medicine, or rehab experience strongly preferred)
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting

Preferred Experience

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience
• Background in internal medicine, geriatrics, or physical medicine & rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Experience with orthopedic, stroke, or pain management patients

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able tolift upto 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.
• Mustcomply withfacility vaccination requirements.
