Triad Complete Healthcare in Sapulpa, OK is seeking a full-time Physicians Assistant (PA) to provide direct patient care, perform exams, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans with full autonomy. This on-site role collaborates with a broader healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Current valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health by interviewing and performing physical examinations.
• Document patient care in patient and department records.
• Provide quality outpatient services by appointment.
• Maintain health maintenance and disease prevention screenings for adults.
• Perform well-women gynecological exams and related screenings.
• Educate patients regarding disease processes and healthy habits.
• Maintain knowledge of immunization schedules and clinic protocols.
• Order and evaluate labs and imaging studies.
• Maintain licensure and prescriptive authority requirements.
• Collaborate with Medical Director on difficult cases and interagency involvement.
• Interact effectively with patients, families and clinic staff.
