Job summary

Triad Complete Healthcare in Sapulpa, OK is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner to deliver direct patient care in a busy Primary Care clinic on-site. You will perform exams, diagnose illnesses, order tests and develop treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current valid Nurse Practitioner license in Oklahoma.
• Graduate of an accredited NP program.
• Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in EMR systems.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assess health by interviewing patients and performing exams, updating histories.
• Document care in patient and department records.
• Provide outpatient services by appointment.
• Support health maintenance and preventive screenings for adults.
• Perform well-woman gynecological exams and related care.
• Educate patients on disease processes and healthy habits.
• Keep current on immunization schedules and clinic protocols.
• Order and evaluate labs and X-ray studies.
• Complete CME and maintain licensure.
• Maintain prescriptive authority license and DEA/OBNDD numbers.
• Know NP formulary and prescribe within its limits.
• Participate in community health screening and prevention.
• Inform Medical Director of difficult cases or outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with patients, families and clinic staff.
