Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant for full-time deployment within humanitarian CBP programs. You will deliver direct medical care to migrants, including histories, exams, prescriptions, and follow-up under established protocols.

The role requires pediatric and prenatal experience, BLS, ARC-PA-accredited PA education, and NCCPA certification if required by state. Night shifts and PRN coverage offered; excellent benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted PA license from any U.S. state (current).
• Bachelor's degree from a PA program accredited by ARC-PA and recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• NCCPA certification if required by state for licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain compliance with program policies and Scope of Practice.
• Provide direct healthcare services to migrants in CBP custody and respond to emergencies.
• Document medical histories and evaluations in the EMR; manage prescriptions and follow-up care.
• Coordinate care with supervising physicians and other staff; ensure patient confidentiality.
