AlignMed Partners is hiring a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) in Millville, NJ to deliver primary and urgent care in a senior living/long-term care setting. The role reports to leadership and collaborates with the Medical Director for patient care decisions.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus and incentive compensation are offered; weekend on-call is not required. The position requires an accredited NP/PA program completion, state licensure, and prior geriatric or adult care experience.

Qualifications

• Requires NP or PA credential with applicable state licensure.
• Minimum 1+ year of provider experience is preferred.
• Licensed as RN and NP/PA with appropriate certifications.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with the center and medical staff.
• Coordinate with leadership to meet center goals and improve patient outcomes.
