Job summary

AlignMed Partners seeks a part-time Advanced Practice Provider (nurse practitioner or physician assistant) to deliver primary and urgent care to residents at the Lafayette Center in Franconia, NH. New grads welcome; 20–30 hours across 2–3 days per week with no on-call or weekend requirements.

The base pay is $56–$64/hour, plus a no-cap productivity bonus and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. On-site collaboration with center leadership ensures patient-focused care and program success.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed as RN.
• Certified as Nurse Practitioner with a Master's in Nursing (Older Adult or Family NP track).
• PA candidate must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE, with PA license and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
• Support AlignMed Partners mission with high-quality care and compassion.
