Qualifikationen

• NCCPA board certification is required (5 years).
• New York State licensure is required; DEA licensure is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required (2 years).
• Infection control certification is required (4 years).

• Care for patients under supervision, including assessment, management, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Document patient records accurately and promptly for all care and orders.
• Collaborate effectively with medical teams and staff.
• Provide consultation to nursing and ancillary teams on patient condition and plan.
• Work with supervising physicians to prioritize patient safety and quality.
• Perform delegated clinical duties and tasks efficiently.
• Practice within the scope of the supervising physician.
• Communicate assessments and care plans to patients and families clearly.
• Support continuity of care across multidisciplinary services and throughput.
• Adhere to clinical and institutional policies and procedures.
• Maintain privileges and competency in the approved area of care.
• Keep required licenses and Mount Sinai privileges current.
