Memorial Healthcare is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide evidence-based care in an inpatient/outpatient setting under physician supervision. You will perform diagnostic and therapeutic tasks, counsel patients on health promotion, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care.

The role emphasizes health maintenance, accurate documentation, and effective communication during rounds and encounters.

Qualifications

• Accredited Physician Assistant program completion.
• Current PA license in good standing in Florida or ability to obtain.
• NCCPA certification preferred; ATLS/ACLS may be required for trauma areas.
• BLS/CPR certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Executes diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as indicated.
• Instructs and counsels patients on health promotion and maintenance.
• Works within a multidisciplinary team to provide care and management.
• Provides follow-up and health maintenance per standards of care.
• Organizes and presents data during rounds to identify problems and determine procedures.
• Maintains complete and accurate patient records across in-person, virtual, and phone contacts.
