Responsibilities

• Executes diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as indicated.
• Organizes and presents data to the healthcare team to identify medical problems.
• Obtains complete medical history and performs comprehensive exams.
• Works within a multidisciplinary team to provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care.
• Maintains complete records of patient contacts and communications.
• Instructs and counsels patients on health promotion and maintenance.
• Provides follow-up and health maintenance per standards of care.
