Bay Area Community Health in Fremont, CA is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant to join our Mowry III Clinic. You will conduct medical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with physicians and a dedicated healthcare team.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM with some evenings/weekends as needed and a competitive hourly wage of $74.88–$86.81, plus a comprehensive benefits package to support you and your family.

Qualifications

Current California Physician Assistant License is required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) Certification required.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Conduct medical examinations, evaluate and diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
Provide follow-up care and promote wellness through patient education.
Coordinate referrals for specialty services and order labs/tests.
Document care accurately and confidentially; participate in quality improvement and trainings.
Support team-based care with physicians and other healthcare staff.
