Job summary

Bay Area Community Health in Fremont, CA is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our Mowry I Clinic. The role involves examinations, diagnoses, treatment planning, follow-up care and patient education, with collaboration with physicians and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical examinations, evaluate and diagnose conditions.
• Develop treatment plans, provide follow-up care and educate patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team; coordinate referrals.
• Order labs and tests; document care accurately and confidentially.
• Contribute to quality improvement and participate in meetings and training.
