Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certification.
• Prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances.

In this role, the provider will work alongside an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, APPs, social workers, and dedicated chaplain, to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients with serious illnesses.
