Grider Support Services, LLC in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient GI/hepatology team. The role focuses on comprehensive, longitudinal care for patients with GI and liver conditions, operating under the supervision of gastroenterology physicians.

A NY PA license, 1–2 years outpatient experience, and BLS are required. Emphasizes teamwork and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited PA program.
• Current license to practice as a Physician Assistant in New York.
• BLS certification within 90 days of service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hx and physical exams in outpatient GI/hepatology setting.
• Develop and manage treatment plans including medications.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and integrate results.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease management.
• Coordinate follow-up care and referrals to specialists.
• Document visits and care plans in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other staff.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinic protocols.
• Promote wellness and preventive strategies across the lifespan.
