Job summary
Gilder Search Group is seeking a Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on post-acute care with Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care settings.
Requires PA/NP certification, NCCPA, state license, and DEA license, with a typical caseload of 16 patients per day. Schedule is Monday through Friday with a flexible workday, no call, no weekends, and possible remote work.
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program.
- NCCPA certified.
- Master degree in a relevant field.
- Active Physician Assistant license.
- Active certification as an Adult NP and licensed.
- Experience as PA/NP in clinical settings.
- DEA license held.
Responsibilities
- Work with a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Clinic visits, follow ups, established visits.
- Focus on treatment plans, follow ups, and coordination of care.
- Typically 16 patients per day.
