Gilder Search Group is seeking a Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on post-acute care with Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care settings.

Requires PA/NP certification, NCCPA, state license, and DEA license, with a typical caseload of 16 patients per day. Schedule is Monday through Friday with a flexible workday, no call, no weekends, and possible remote work.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program.
  • NCCPA certified.
  • Master degree in a relevant field.
  • Active Physician Assistant license.
  • Active certification as an Adult NP and licensed.
  • Experience as PA/NP in clinical settings.
  • DEA license held.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Clinic visits, follow ups, established visits.
  • Focus on treatment plans, follow ups, and coordination of care.
  • Typically 16 patients per day.

Currently seeking an Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for an opportunity in the Seattle area. Focused on Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care. Seeking providers with experience as well as recent graduates.

Responsibilities of the Post Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant
  • Work with a Skilled Nursing Facility.
  • Responsibilities include clinic, follow ups, and established visits
  • Focused on treatment plans, follow ups, and complaints. Coordination of care
  • Typically 16 patients per day
Requirements of the Post Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant
