Phelps Health in Rolla, Missouri is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide general surgery coverage at our hospital. This full-time role involves preoperative assessment, perioperative care, postoperative management, and collaboration with the surgical team in a rural Midwest setting.

• Round on inpatients; manage postoperative care, wounds, drains, and complications
• Assist in the operating room and perform credentialed bedside and clinic procedures
• Coordinate discharge planning and care with nursing, anesthesia, and other services
• Document accurately, support quality improvement, and mentor staff and students
