UPMC Community Medicine Incorporated is hiring a Full-Time Physician Assistant to support Full Health Primary Care.

Hours: Monday-Friday daylight

Location: Squirrel Hill

Position Specifics: This family medicine role involves caring for pediatric and adult patients. The PA will carry a full patient template, complete charts and encounters promptly, and be adaptable and team-oriented.

Staff/Senior Level:

The Staff or Senior Advanced Practice Provider (APP), either a Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, is responsible for setting care standards and managing patient care with physician supervision. The role includes leadership, partnership, collaboration, and supervision, establishing and maintaining relationships to achieve patient outcomes, and demonstrating a commitment to the community and profession.

The successful candidate will be placed according to experience for employment purposes.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply professional knowledge and skills, communicate effectively, and demonstrate critical thinking. Improve patient safety, quality, and satisfaction through standard practices and system goals.
