Key Autism Services offers a Mentoring program for newly certified BCBAs, providing extra clinical support through one-on-one mentoring with an assigned Mentor. During the program, caseloads are reduced to facilitate learning. We believe investing in your development and providing necessary resources is vital for your long-term success and job satisfaction.

  • Georgia: Home based around Atlanta; Clinic in Atlanta, Cartersville, Conyers, Cumming, Douglasville, Honey Creek, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, Lilburn, Lithia Springs, Peachtree City, Riverdale, Stockbridge
  • Illinois: Home based in Chicagoland; Clinics in Norwood Park and Palos Heights
  • Massachusetts: Home based throughout most of Massachusetts; Clinic in Southborough
  • North Carolina: Home based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston-Salem; Clinics in Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston-Salem

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification and LABA (if applicable)
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field
  • Maintain Safety Care Specialist status
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous ABA experience
  • Comfort working with families and providing in-home services

BCBA Job Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, supervise and train Behavioral Technicians/RBTs, support families, and review program effectiveness. Collaborate with a dedicated team in a respectful and ethical environment, with opportunities for growth and leadership. Our support teams handle client intake, scheduling, credentialing, and billing, enabling you to focus on therapy and client progress.
