Key Autism Services offers a Mentoring program for newly certified BCBAs, providing extra clinical support through one-on-one mentoring with an assigned Mentor. BCBA Job Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, supervise and train Behavioral Technicians/RBTs, support families, and review program effectiveness. Collaborate with a dedicated team in a respectful and ethical environment, with opportunities for growth and leadership. Our support teams handle client intake, scheduling, credentialing, and billing, enabling you to focus on therapy and client progress.
