Position Specifics: This is a family medicine role with pediatric and adult patients. The PA will carry a full patient template, complete charts/encounters in a timely fashion, have a great personality, ability to adapt to change, and be a team player.

Staff/Senior Level:
The Staff or Senior Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a Physician Assistant or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner responsible for setting standards for care quality, managing patient care activities, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare team members. The role involves leadership, partnership, collaboration, and supervision, with a focus on achieving optimal patient outcomes and demonstrating a commitment to the community and healthcare profession.
The successful candidate will be placed according to experience for employment purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Apply professional knowledge and skills appropriate for the practice setting. Communicate effectively, demonstrate critical thinking, and improve patient safety, quality, and satisfaction. Develop and implement care plans considering individual patient needs. Seek opportunities to improve clinical practice and build relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. Recognize ethical situations and seek guidance when needed. Accept assignments that increase patient load and complexity gradually.
- Engage in clinical development of healthcare team members. Seek advanced practice techniques and utilize feedback for improvement.
