HealthTexas Primary Care Doctors seeks a Physician Assistant to provide direct patient care under physician supervision. You will diagnose and treat, interpret labs, maintain patient records, and support the medical team while upholding HIPAA standards.

Hours are typically Monday–Friday with potential clinic rotations across HTMG sites. This role emphasizes compassionate, collaborative care in a fast-paced primary care setting.

Qualifications

• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to work with physicians, nurses and staff to coordinate care.
• Knowledge of medical records, lab results, and clinical workflows.

Responsabilités

• Obtain complete medical history and physical data on patients.
• Interpret data to determine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Perform a complete physical exam and record findings.
• Orders appropriate laboratory and diagnostic procedures.
• Provide patient education and disease prevention counseling.
• Assist physicians by documenting progress and transcribing orders.
• Triage calls and provide patient care guidance.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
