First Primary Care in Carrizo Springs, Texas, is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) to provide thorough, patient-centered primary care. You will build long-term relationships with a limited panel, communicate by phone, text, and email, and focus on preventive, lifestyle-oriented medicine while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Active PA-C or FNP-C license and fluent Spanish are required; we offer generous PTO, parental leave, business expense
