Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Conduct physical exams, review histories, and order/interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications per regulations.
• Educate patients on conditions, medications, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Follow clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulations.
