Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Physician Assistant License (REQUIRED)
• Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) through NCCPA
• ARC-PA accredited PA program degree
• 1–3 years experience as a Certified Physician Assistant
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients and understand their goals
• Perform physical assessments to identify priority care needs
• Perform procedures to implement care plans
• Develop and revise plans of care with interdisciplinary team
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively within the care team and with patients and families
• Support quality improvement initiatives and standard revisions
