Alliance Orthopedics in Bloomfield, New Jersey is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a dynamic multidisciplinary team. The PA will work on-site with orthopedic surgeons, pain management, and other specialists, delivering comprehensive care and supporting patient goals.

Requirements include NJ PA license, NCCPA PA-C, ARC-PA accredited program, and 1–3 years of PA experience. Competitive salary with benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Physician Assistant license required.
• PA-C certification through NCCPA mandatory.
• ARC-PA accredited program graduate preferred.
• 1-3 years of certified PA experience required.
• Prescriptive authority within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Build rapport with patients and understand their goals.
• Perform physical assessments and consult with the care team.
• Execute procedures per care plans and standards.
• Develop and revise patient care plans across the continuum.
• Document care activities and support performance improvement.
• Communicate effectively within the health care team and with patients.
• Serve as a liaison to the conservative care team and clinicians.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and revise standards as needed.
• Mentor team members and foster interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Support rapid, compassionate patient care to improve outcomes.
