Team MD in Millburn, New Jersey, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Ambulatory Surgical Center. The PA will work alongside medical doctors and specialists to deliver comprehensive care and support an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a New Jersey PA license, PA-C certification, ARC-PA accredited degree, and prescriptive authority within 30 days of hire, with 1–3 years of PA experience. On-site, full-time position with strong growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Valid New Jersey Physician Assistant License is required.
• PA-C certification is required.
• ARC-PA accredited degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Certified Physician Assistant.
• Prescriptive authorization within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Build rapport and relationships with patients and understand their goals.
• Perform physical assessments to identify priority care needs and consult with interdisciplinary team.
• Perform procedures necessary to implement a care plan.
• Develop and revise plans of care across the continuum with the team.
• Document patient care activities per standards and support performance improvement.
