Job summary

Qualifications
- Accredited Physician Assistant program completion required.
- Illinois PA license must be active.
- Adult Gerontology Acute Care certification preferred.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required as specified.
- DEA registration and controlled substance license required as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care with clinical expertise.
- Diagnoses and manages acute and chronic conditions within specialty.
- Collaborates with physicians and health care professionals.
- Develops patient education and staff training plans.
- Mentors graduate students in advanced practice.
- Participates in research and quality improvement.
