This position is part of our Well@Work department. Well @Work Clinics are employer-based clinics. Our family nurse practitioners and physician assistants work independently to provide preventive and same-day medical care to employees and their immediate family members while partnering with employers, patients and colleagues to support the health and wellness of the employee population.

As a Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant, you will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience preferred.

Monday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm - Coon Rapids
Tuesday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm - Brooklyn Park
Wednesday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm - Coon Rapids
Thursday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm - Brooklyn Park
Friday 7:00 am - 2:00 pm - Coon Rapids
