Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care, part of Humana, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to assist cardiologists in diagnosing and managing cardiovascular conditions. You will perform exams, order tests, support procedures, and provide patient education.

This patient-facing, on-site role offers a 40-hour work week, a competitive base salary between 123,800 and 170,300 USD, potential bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of technical experience.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state.
• TB screening program participation is required.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences.
• Willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree
• 8 or more years of technical experience
• 2 or more years of project leadership experience
• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state
• This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$123,800 - $170,300 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
