Job summary

Humana Inc. CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to assist cardiologists in diagnosing and managing cardiovascular conditions.

You will perform exams, order tests, support procedures, and provide patient education while collaborating with care teams to improve heart health outcomes. The role requires an active NP/PA license, a bachelor’s degree with extensive experience, and at least two years in project leadership.

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of technical experience.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• This role is patient facing and may be subject to TB screening.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$123,800 - $170,300 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
