Job summary

Bethany Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician Assistant to join its largest independent multi-specialty group in Central North Carolina. This outpatient role blends primary care, urgent care, and pain management while delivering direct patient care in a modern, well-equipped facility.

You will work with a team of physicians and providers, managing patient care plans, communicating results, and coordinating with specialists to ensure continuity of care in a busy practice setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• NCCPA Certification
• Experienced preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment
• Build relationships with patients, value bedside manner, and possess excellent clinical skills
• Develop and implement patient management plans, record progress notes, and assist in the provision of continuity of care
• Communicate with patients regarding testing results, follow-up care, and additional information
• Refer patients to specialists and to relevant patient care components as appropriate

• Maintains confidentiality of patient and corporate information
• Blend of primary care, urgent care, and pain management services
