Milan Laser in Yakima, WA is seeking a licensed PA to deliver laser hair removal services in a structured clinic setting. You will perform treatments, educate clients, and uphold safety standards while providing compassionate care.

In this full-time role, you’ll work a schedule aligned with clinic hours, collaborate with a supportive team, and have opportunities for professional growth as you help clients achieve confident, lasting results.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre/post-treatment care to ensure safe results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure safe client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress and recommend additional areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and patient records.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and room preparation.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to achieve goals.

Pay:$69.00 - $79.00 an hour + Monthly Bonus

Status: Full-Time

Clinic Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri-Sat 7:30am-5pm

Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.

• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered PA license
• Out of state travel for training may be required
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
