Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal in Yakima seeks a licensed Physician Assistant to perform laser hair removal treatments in a structured clinic setting. You will ensure patient safety, deliver compassionate care, and support the clinic team with efficient operations.

Responsibilities include pre-treatment setup, equipment checks, and educating clients on care plans while maintaining clean treatment rooms and compliant records.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Educate clients on pre/post-care and treatment expectations, and discuss progression and additional areas as appropriate.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain clinic cleanliness; manage opening/closing tasks and inventory as needed.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to support daily operations and achieve clinic sales goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and ensure compliant medical records.

Pay:

$69.00 - $79.00 an hour + Monthly Bonus

Schedule:

2 Days Per week (Rotating)

• Week 1: Monday & Tuesday
• Week 2: Friday & Saturday

As a Laser Hair Removal Provider, you will deliver safe, effective treatments while helping clients build confidence and achieve long-term results. Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre-treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post-care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s established medical protocols
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe and efficient client flow
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered PA license
• Out of state travel for training may be required
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence-building results
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
