Milan Laser in Yakima, WA is seeking a Laser Hair Removal Provider to deliver safe, effective treatments in a structured clinic. You will combine medical expertise, patient education, and compassionate care to ensure clients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their journey.

As a part‑time role (19 hours per week), you will have predictable schedules with two rotating days, a pay rate of $69.00–$79.00 per hour plus a monthly bonus, and opportunities for professional growth while

• Active, unencumbered PA license.
• Out of state travel for training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following Milan’s medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care for safe results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for safe client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and suggest additional areas as appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and client records.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and room preparation.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership to meet goals and satisfaction.

Pay: $69.00 - $79.00 an hour + Monthly Bonus

Status: Part‑Time (19 Hours Per Week)

• Week 2: Friday & Saturday

Your Ability to Make a Difference:

• Clinical Care: Perform laser hair removal treatments according to medical protocols and safety standards. Complete pre‑treatment setup, operate laser equipment, and perform daily equipment checks.
• Client Education & Influence: Educate and guide clients on treatment plans, expected results, and pre/post‑care. Reinforce progress and recommend additional treatment areas based on client goals and outcomes.
• Client Experience: Deliver a professional, welcoming experience where clients feel informed and confident. Personalize treatments, anticipate client needs, and encourage rebooking and reviews.
• Clinic Operations: Prepare treatment rooms, flip rooms between clients, and maintain clinic cleanliness. Follow operational standards including opening/closing tasks, inventory, and equipment readiness.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with clinic teams to support daily operations and clinic sales goals. Communicate scheduling updates and model Milan’s standards of professionalism.

• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered PA license
• Out of state travel for training may be required
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service
• Strong communication skills and the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols
• Interest in the aesthetics industry and helping clients achieve confidence‑building results
• After completing training, ability to support onboarding and training of new providers
