MaxHealth is offering a unique Physician Assistant opportunity in a patient-centered practice that blends MaxHealth-Elevate with a collaborative team. We focus on on-time visits, scheduling support for work/life balance, and a tech-enabled clinic model that delivers care the way patients prefer.

In this in-person role, you will assess health, develop care plans, lead practice initiatives, and support community relations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current valid medical license in Texas (PA or FNP).
• Licensed Physician Assistant in Texas.
• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Texas encouraged to apply.
• Primary care or family medicine experience required.
• Complies with all relevant laws, regulations and policies.

Responsibilities

• Systematically assesses patients' health status, arrives at appropriate diagnosis(es) and implements care plan for effective clinical outcomes.
• Contributes to effective and efficient practice management policies and practices that support patient access to medical care.
• Manages patient care through appropriate use of available resources.
• Provides leadership for both practice and community relations.
• Demonstrates commitment to fellow employees and the practice.
