Job summary

MaxHealth MSO is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a patient-centered primary care team in Texas. The role emphasizes timely scheduling, broad clinical support, and a collaborative, tech-enabled care model to deliver high-quality care.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, and contribute to practice operations while maintaining a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Relocation to Texas is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current valid medical license in the State of Texas (PA or FNP)
• Licensed Physician Assistant in Texas
• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Texas are encouraged to apply
• Primary care or family medicine experience required
• Complies with all relevant laws, regulations and policies
• Contributes to a safe working environment
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Demonstrated leadership, teaching, evaluation and communication skills
• Ability to influence/motivate others at all professional and administrative levels

Responsibilities
