The PA must have a Physician Assistant degree, Maryland license, CPR certification, and at least two years of cardiology practice experience. Strong English communication and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are required.

Responsibilities
PA for the Heart Center at Mercy will work with Physician partners collaboratively to support heart center patients in assigned locations. The PA will see and bill patients independently, be able to supervise testing and handle result and clinical care management.

Salary Information
Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
