Integra Vascular LLC is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our on-site clinical team servicing patient facilities in the New York area. You will perform on-site screening, conduct age-appropriate assessments, and collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans for residents.

The role requires active NP/PA licensure, ACLS, infection control certification, and strong EMR/PACS experience.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant License.
• Degree from an accredited NP/ PA program.
• ACLS certification.
• Infection control certification.
• Proficient with computer systems, EMR and PACS.
• Clean driving record; local travel required.
• Not listed on the OIG exclusion list.

Responsabilités

• Performs on-site screening clinical assessments to determine appropriate patient treatment plans of residents at client facilities by the completion of a comprehensive assessment
• Functions independently to perform age-appropriate history and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill perioperative patients
• Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient’s age-specific needs
• Assists with the provision of care in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations
• Monitors the effectiveness of interventions
• Maintains relationships with all appropriate contacts in facilities
• Educates family members, clients, and prospective accounts regarding services and programs
• Assists with the development and maintenance of physician relations, as assigned
• Completes weekly, monthly, and other reports, as assigned, in a timely and comprehensive manner
• Other Duties as assigned by Medical Director
