Job summary

Integra Vascular seeks a skilled Medical Assistant to support our vascular care team across field and surgical center settings. You will bridge communication between patients and providers, assist during procedures, and help manage day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate holds an active CMA credential, BLS, a valid driver's license, and strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, and PACS/EMR experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between physicians, patients, and facility staff.
• Triage patients and prepare for vascular procedures.
• Assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Document all clinical encounters in the EMR system.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments.
• Track and manage care plans and follow-ups.
• Maintain medical equipment and clinical supply inventory.
• Travel to various sites, including partner surgical centers and care facilities.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisor or management.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to support our vascular care team. This individual will play a critical role in bridging communication between patients and providers, assisting with clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in both field and surgical center settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key liaison between physicians, patients, and facility staff
• Perform patient triage and prepare individuals for vascular procedures
• Assist physicians during patient examinations and treatments
• Accurately document all clinical encounters in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments as needed
• Track and manage care plans and treatment follow-ups
• Maintain medical equipment and manage clinical supply inventory
• Travel to various sites, including partner surgical centers and care facilities
• Perform additional duties as directed by the supervisor or management team

Required Qualifications:

• Active Certified Medical Assistant credential
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Bilingual (Spanish/ English) is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong proficiency with computer systems; EMR and PACS experience preferred
• Professional demeanor and a commitment to ongoing development
• Must not be listed on the OIG exclusion list
