Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking a Physician Assistant for a home-based primary care role across West Virginia, including Clarksburg, Morgantown, and Charleston. You will deliver in-home primary care to medically complex, homebound, and geriatric patients, with a weekday schedule and autonomy in a supportive team.

• Active DEA registration.
• Experience in primary care, geriatrics, home care, or complex patient management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel up to approximately 1.5 hours within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to homebound patients in their homes and assisted living communities across West Virginia.
• Coordinate care with scheduling team to optimize visit planning.

Compensation: $120,000–$150,000 base salary + potential 15% performance-based bonus
