WellBe Senior Medical is seeking a Physician Assistant for adult medicine home health in Teays Valley, West Virginia. The role focuses on geriatric, chronically ill patients, delivering care in the home, coordinating with primary care, and maintaining the patient panel.

The successful candidate will have a Master’s in PA studies, WV license, NCCPA, BLS, DEA, and 3–5 years’ experience, with ability to travel to patient homes and work within WellBe’s concierge care model.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an ARC-PA accredited program meeting WV requirements.
• 3–5 years physician assistant experience (new grads not accepted).
• Active WV PA license; NCCPA certification; BLS; DEA license.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes (home visits) and maintain licensure.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-home physician assistant services and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate, timely patient records and documentation.
• Deliver primary, urgent, and acute medical care in the patient’s home.
• Collaborate with team and participate in regular meetings to ensure quality care.
