Froedtert ThedaCare Health - Workforce Health in southeastern Wisconsin is seeking an experienced APRN (NP) or PA to join our onsite employer health clinics. You will build meaningful patient relationships, manage your own patient panel, and practice with a high degree of autonomy within a collaborative care team.

This role emphasizes comprehensive primary care, preventive services, population health initiatives, and a supportive leadership structure with no on-call duties.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Workforce Health team. This is a unique opportunity to practice comprehensive primary care in an onsite employer-based setting while enjoying the support of a collaborative care team, engaged APP leadership, and the resources of an integrated health system.

As a provider on our team, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships, manage your own patient panel, and practice with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to a population health-focused model of care.
