The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $116,000 per year, in addition to our no‑cap incentive compensation bonus program.

The Advanced Practice Provider reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. The provider collaborates on‑site with the Center Leadership Team for center‑specific goals and priorities, and with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient‑specific medical care. They provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers in the center, working closely with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners’ mission of improving the lives we touch through the delivery of high‑quality health care and everyday compassion.
• Nurse Practitioner: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, licensed as a registered nurse, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing. Must have a concentration in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with the option to consider other concentrations based on experience and business need.
• Physician Assistant: Graduate from a program accredited by the ARC‑PA, have taken the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation, be licensed in the state where they practice, and hold NCCPA certification.
• Minimum of two years experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
• In states where practice allows, APRN must hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which they practice. PA must likewise hold an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which they practice.
Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Eligibility for full‑time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Certain benefits, including health plans, are not available to part‑time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.
