Job summary

Memorial Hermann-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Physician Assistant to float among South Region Centers, providing urgent care to both adult and pediatric patients. The role requires 2+ years in urgent care or emergency medicine and includes sutures, splints, reading EKGs and X-rays, and coordination with ER when needed.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree, national certification, and an active state license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full‑time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting required.
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients.
• Bachelor’s degree required for Physician Assistants; national certification and license.
• Proficient with Electronic Medical Records and ability to read EKGs/X-rays.

Responsibilities

• Float to South Region Centers (e.g., Clear Lake, Sugar Land, The Heights, etc.).
• Provide urgent care for acute episodic conditions in adults and children.
• Perform minor procedures (sutures, splints) and read EKGs/X-rays.
• Direct patients to ER when advanced care is needed and maintain high patient satisfaction.
