Job summary

OrthoAtlanta seeks a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon in clinical and surgical settings. This full-time, on-site role is based in Stockbridge and Fayetteville, GA.

You will see patients independently in clinics, assist in the operating room when needed, perform hospital and ER consultations, participate in rounding and call rotation, and collaborate with a wide team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program.
• Licensed or eligible for Georgia licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent clinical judgement and problem-solving ability.
• Clear, professional communication with both colleagues and patients.

Responsibilities

• Support a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon in clinical and surgical settings.
• See and manage patients independently in clinical settings.
• Assist in operating room as needed.
• Perform hospital and emergency room consultations.
• Provide follow-ups, inpatient rounding, and participate in call rotation.
